Diagnose.

You stop guessing. Every engagement starts with an Assessment. Not a discovery call. Not a sales meeting. Real diagnostic work, paid up front, that produces a working document you can act on whether you keep going with us or not.

WHAT HAPPENS

We get access to your store, your analytics, your stack. We run real audits, real code review, real data analysis. We sit on calls with your team if there's context only they have.

WHAT CHANGES FOR YOU

You go from “something's wrong but I can't pin it down” to “here's exactly what's costing me sales, in priority order, and what to do about it.” A diagnosis you can act on, a plan you can hand to anyone.

WHAT'S NEXT

You decide. Some clients take the plan and run with it on their own. Most decide to keep working with us, in which case the Assessment fee comes off the price of the work.

Build.

The fix actually ships. Whether it's a quick fix or a full rebuild, the work happens fast and visibly. You see what's happening as it happens, not at a Friday status update three weeks later.

WHAT HAPPENS

A small team, usually one or two people, ships the work directly. No handoffs between strategy and design and development. The same people who did the diagnosis do the build, so nothing gets translated or lost.

WHAT CHANGES FOR YOU

You go from “we know what's wrong” to “the wrong thing is gone and the numbers prove it.” Working software, shipped to a real environment, instrumented so you can see what changed and what it earned you.

WHAT'S NEXT

Most clients keep working with us as a partner past launch. Some hand it off to their own team. Both are fine. We tell you which we'd recommend based on the work, not the retainer.

Monthly retainer, shared Slack, weekly standups, a working backlog we both update. New features ship continuously. Bugs get fixed the day they're reported. We don't wait for sprint planning.

You go from “we shipped the project” to “we have a partner who knows our codebase, our team, and our business, and we ship something every week.” Continuous feature development, performance monitoring, conversion experiments. Every month you can see what was shipped and what it moved.

WHAT'S NEXT

The partnership runs as long as it's earning its place. Some retainers run a quarter. Some run for years. Most run month to month with the option to extend, and we'll set the right structure for the work.

A WORKED EXAMPLE

What this looked like for CardsHQ.

CardsHQ is a sports card retailer doing eight figures on Shopify. Their storefront was buckling. Here's what each act of the engagement actually looked like.

DIAGNOSE

Their team stopped guessing. Two weeks of real diagnostic work mapped what was actually breaking the storefront: bloated DOM, third-party app conflicts, image loading misconfigured at the theme level. We built a working proof of concept that loaded the same heavy images instantly, just to prove the fix would work before scoping the project.

BUILD

The fix shipped. Eight weeks. We replaced the Shopify Online Store theme with a custom headless storefront on Next.js. Mobile-first. Every image cached and lazy loaded. Lighthouse mobile score went from 48 to 93. Largest contentful paint went from 83 seconds to 2.9 seconds.

PARTNER

The curve kept bending. Eight months and counting. Monthly retainer. Continuous feature shipping: upselling, drop landing pages, gift purchase, post-sale survey, Cyber Monday infrastructure. Online sales grew roughly 4× year over year.
