Technical Delivery Lead

We are looking for a highly technical, collaborative Delivery Lead to serve as the authoritative bridge between our brand partners and our engineering team.

At Sevenbrand, we believe in deep, focused work. To ensure you can deliver your best, you will be embedded with a single client at a time, completely eliminating context switching. You will protect the engineering team from unnecessary chaos, ensure priorities remain crystal clear, and drive the strategic execution that helps our clients scale. You won't just fit into a client's potentially chaotic roadmap; you will bring the structure, set the cadence, and lead the way forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the Technical Roadmap: Actively identify the highest-leverage technical fixes and carry a clear, prioritized roadmap for your pod. You bring the structure and foresight that operational leaders are missing.
• Drive the Delivery Pod: Shield engineers from daily noise so they can focus on solving deep, finite problems. You will hold the line on scope, ensuring the execution remains organized, predictable, and stress-free.
• Measure & Validate: Utilize our baseline metrics and Insight Engine to track user movement and revenue flow. You will lead weekly reviews using a single source of truth, showing clients exactly how your pod's work is driving their business forward.
• Set the Cadence: Be the trusted technical partner for seven-figure founders. You will book the strategic check-ins, lead the performance reviews, and give the client the absolute confidence to step back and focus on running their business.
• Standardize Excellence: Work with our proprietary playbooks and documentation. Ensure your pod stands up infrastructure systematically, so our execution baseline gets faster and stronger with every launch.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Comprehensive technical understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, app architecture, and modern frontend/backend web development.
• Proven experience managing complex eCommerce projects and confidently owning a technical roadmap.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate performance metrics (load times, conversion rates, add-to-cart lifts) into plain-language updates for stakeholders.
• Strong, empathetic leadership skills. You know how to gracefully say "no" to out-of-scope requests while proactively steering clients toward better, higher-leverage solutions.
• An appreciation for structured environments and deep focus. You prefer doing things the right way over the rushed way.
